At Daily Vibes Printshop, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our 30-day refund and return policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized print orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the 30-day return window, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
